Will be the third Millennium less about violence and more about dialogue?

How to contribute?

Attacks in Paris, migrations and cultural revolution

The third millennium is particularly dedicated to the young generation. Also, because our older generation served their time in the two world wars in the previous century, billions of young people were killed and another hundreds of thousands were burned in the ovens. That is a fact!

What to do to prevent from happening such atrocities on billions of innocent victims again? Is it possible if there is applied Darwinism and the law of the jungle in the world, where the winner is the alpha male and the alpha female? Stronger, bigger and richer countries over the the smaller nations, economically weaker and more poor? So what to do if it is really applied the neo-Darwinism "selfish gene"? That only people in a narrow circle can respond unselfishly? But in a larger local, regional, national, European, global scale it can not be avoided nepotism, corruption, cronyism, tunneling, fraud, thievery, looting, persecution, imprisonment, killing fellowmen for a material profit, natural resources, etc.? Just to be "rich - poor", "large - small", "powerful - weak", "winners - losers".

The history of mankind is full of war, revolution, persecution, imprisonment, violence against the innocent, but also the liberation movement without violence, as in India under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi, or in Tibet under the guidance of an enlightened leader the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet Tenzin Gyatso, the Nobel Prize for Peace winner, or during the "velvet" revolution in our country (Czechoslovakia) or elsewhere under the leadership of other leaders with great spirituality. There is evidence that it is possible to have the third millennium more about the dialogue and not killing. All this by a non-violent struggle, sword of "truth". We are at a crossroads, to respond to violence by violence, or to choose Gandhi's "path of truth" (Satyagraha)?

As it turns out, it is not selected in Paris or at the summit in Brussels or elsewhere, but in our hearts and minds. Satyagraha - nonviolent resistance is the Cultural Revolution. The content reform of education across the continents, is the protection of the environment and equality of people and about healthy lifestyle, free of drug addiction, a new cognitive map "in the head" and "win-win" thinking. If we choose "the path of truth", we all gain, there is no "win - lose".

This would be one of the topics at Parliament of the World's Religions 2017 in Slovakia. It can contribute to peaceful coexistence in the whole world, if there will joined effort religion leaders and representatives of leading spiritual schools. And by their deeds they demonstrate that in addition to lower essentially of homo sapiens – the wise man, there is the opportunity to develop higher mental-spiritual ability to be a "defender of life", not "destroyer of life."

It is mainly about the younger generation which needs to find its way to itself. It is about framing the vision for the future right now -17th November, the International Students' Day. Setting the internal compass to the crossroads of third millennium. Although it is a great aversion against the political activity of the youth, the reality is rallying us all to raise own "brick" and contribute to the building of Paradise on Earth. That is our choice. Fight or Paradise (on Earth).
